Tour de Trade Fair

Each meeting attendee will receive a list of trivia questions that must be answered correctly in order to be entered into a drawing. If you wish to participate you will be asked to provide a question about one of your products or services to hopefully increase engagement and conversation in the trade fair. The drawing will take place in the trade fair during the “Farewell Fiesta” immediately following the conclusion of the symposium. The Farwell Fiesta will include a margarita bar and light snacks; additionally, providing the attendees one more chance to meet with exhibitors. *If you are interested in donating product or services for the raffle, or perhaps even sponsoring the Farewell Fiesta, please contact erica.minks@naarv.org

Additional Information

• Exhibitors may begin set up on November 3rd at Noon

• Set-up must be completed by 6:00 p.m. on November 3rd.

• Welcome Reception will take place on November 3rd 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Fountain Ballroom/Foyer

• If you wish to participate in the “Tour de Trade Fair” please check the box on the registration form.

• Complimentary Wi-Fi will be provided to all exhibitors

• Trade fair will be open from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on November 3rd and from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm on November 4th

• Tear down will take place following the “Farewell Fiesta” on November 4th (6:00 pm)

• Additional Badges are available for purchase

• All times are PST
